Why coaching?

When making a decision, coaching sessions can be a good way to untangle the mental threads.

If you have ADHD, it’s likely you’ll have a lot of thoughts (and feelings) firing, and sorting them through by yourself can be difficult. With a coach, you can externalise it all, and then organise it.

We’ll consider factors like opportunity cost, emotions, and "gut feelings", alongside more measurable ones like time and money—so you can explore all options, including any that seem unusual.
